The Shenandoah Middle School staff believes that our students deserve a positive learning
environment to nourish the growth and mastery of intellectual, social, and emotional
skills. The improvement and enhancement of academic performance will be met through
programs that increase the proficiency levels in reading, mathematics, science, and
social studies. We will continue to emphasize the use of technology and the leverage
the active support of community resources such as businesses, universities, the
government and parents in order to support our academic programs, thereby preparing
students to enter post-secondary educational institutions and to facilitate employment
in the 21st century.
